Plain terms for using this site and for working with us. Your signed project agreement always takes priority over anything written here.

1. Using this website

By browsing this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reuse our content without permission.

2. Enquiries are not contracts

Sending a brief, receiving a quote or starting a conversation does not create a binding agreement. Work begins only once both sides sign a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and fees.

3. Our services

We build websites, SaaS and custom software, AI assistants, video and automation work, and design. Each engagement is delivered against the agreed written scope; anything outside it is quoted separately.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the people, content, accounts and decisions the project needs. Long gaps in feedback or missing material can move the timeline and the final date.

5. Payment

Fees, milestones and payment timing follow your signed agreement. Ongoing support is billed as a monthly retainer. Work may be paused where an invoice passes its due date.

6. Ownership of the work

On final payment, the custom code, designs and content we create for your project belong to you. We keep the right to reuse our own pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and third-party components stay under their own licences.

7. Confidentiality

Both sides keep the other's confidential information private. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available before discovery calls on request.

8. No guarantees of outcomes

We commit to a standard of craft and to the timelines we agree in writing, but no studio can guarantee traffic, revenue, rankings or other business results.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

10. Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement in line with the notice in the agreement. Work completed and paid for is handed over, including anything already delivered.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless your signed agreement names another jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and the date at the top of this page. The version in force when you engage us applies to that engagement.
